Cellulite reduction by kiwi fruit

Today I’ll speak about one natural way of skin removal. Also I’ll try to explain which substances  we have there and how they work.  I’ll try to explain how this product helps in the reduction of cellulite as easy as I can. It’s  natural product, because you use only one fruit. It’s kiwi. With no other ingredients.

Kiwi is a fruit with high level of vitamins and minerals. Scientists use expression  “vitamin bomb” for kiwi. It is fully justified because  100g of kiwi contains:

Vitamin C: 92.7 mg  (155% of daily needs)
Vitamin E: 40.3 mg  (50% of daily needs)
Vitamin K: 1.5 mg  (7% of daily needs)

I'll try to explain as simply as possible why these vitamins are essential for the skin health and cellulite removal process:

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and plays an active role in the formation of collagen. Collagen is a type of protein (a component of connective tissue), which is produced in our body and is vital for a nice, soft, elastic and healthy skin. Lack of collagen eventually leads to wrinkles and other signs of aging skin. Vitamin C as an antioxidant is crucial for skin recovery  and it’s stress reliever. More the skin is affected by cellulite, more vitamin C it takes to increase the concentration of collagen, because the skin should be  tightened. A lot of vitamin C means more collagen and that means removal of disorders which caused the appearance of cellulite.
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps build the structure of the skin. It repairs harmful effects of the outside world.  With  joint effect of vitamin C,  it has various medicinal properties for our body. The best products  which  prevent premature aging and skin damage contains at least 1% of vitamin E. Vitamin E together with vitamin C have great impact on your skin.  Their joint action will lead to great advances in skin’s health and to reducing cellulite. That’s why all  anti-cellulit creams and cosmetics include vitamin C  and vitamin E.
The role of vitamin K is essential in work of blood vessels. Vitamin K plays a major role in the healing of capillaries with other blood vessels damages in the skin. Vitamin K  has a positive influence on disorders which occur in the blood vessels in the skin. All of it have positive impact on the circulation. Improved circulation leads to withdrawal and reduction of cellulite in the skin.

INSTRUCTIONS:

First kiwi should be peeled and mashed. Then apply it on the cellulite skin areas. Wrap the treated area with plastic foil and leave for 30 minutes. Afterwards, rinse the treated area with water. Repeat once a week and after a few weeks you should notice an improvement in skin health.

I would be glad to send me your impressions if you try it.

Soap which hides cellulite

The recipe for this great coffee-based soap I have found on Henryhappened blog  and  there are some great reasons why you should try it. The first benefit is redustion of cellulite and the second one is beautiful tan that you get.

Cellulite treatment

         INGREDIENTS

                 ¼ cup cocoa butter
¼ cup coffee infused coconut oil
                1 tablespoon beeswax
                ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
                ½ teaspoon cornstarch
                 pinch of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

1.       Using a double broiler on low heat, melt the cocoa butter, coconut oil and beeswax together.
2.       Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder, cornstarch and cinnamon.
3.       Pour melted butter into a mold, muffin tin or even ice cube tray.
4.       Let mixture cool until hardened.
5.       Pop out the bars and store in a tin or jar.
6.       Should last 6 months to 1 year.

To infuse the oil, use 1 cup coconut oil and about 1/4 cup fresh ground coffee. Just be sure to strain the oil through cheesecloth while it’s still liquid to remove all of the coffee grounds. Coconut oil is awesome for stretch marks and caffeine reduces the appearance of cellulite so feel free to immediately start slathering yourself all over.

But if you can hold off long enough to make the lotion bars, you’ll be rewarded with a really soft lotion bar that smells out of this world. We put in just enough beeswax so the bar wouldn’t melt but would still stay soft and easy to apply. Plus it leaves a nice hint of color!
