In previous post we got basic
knowledge about cellulite and cellulite diet problems. Then I mentioned my
experience with cellulite problem and solution which worked. I call it as
CEMELT diet. As I wrote before, in this post I am going to write and introduce
you with some fundamental concepts of my diet. Also I am going to show you food
which is healthy and in same time usefull for job we will do in next couple of
weeks in order to get rid of cellulite. If you are overweight, you will loose a
lot of lbs. If not, then only cellulite will disappear.
If we want to win this war with
cellulite you must totally change your everyday activities and your lifestyle. It
will be necessary take more movement and physical exercise. If you plan to
achieve a result without discipline and sacrifice, it is better to close this
post. The only thing you can get of such way of thinking is this:
If you are willing to make
changes, you have to be mentaly prepared.
There are some tricks.
First,one crucial thing:
Just losing weight does not
mean it will lead to the disappearance of cellulite.
Yes, that's a fact.
What's this all about? Most people try with
long-term diets and starvation, which leads to a bodies weight reduction, but
at the same time cellulite remain beneath the skin. The reason is that in the food which people consume during normal diets there are not antioxidants and healthy fats (essential
fatty acids). These substances are very important in the battle against
cellulite and that's why people lose
pounds, but not cellulite. Antioxidants also have a positive effect on the
hormones and hormonal disorders. Because
of that we have to eat food with a lot of antioxidants.
After some time, and a great
experience with the diets, I came up with the idea to combine and take positive
experiences with low-carb, paleo and other diets. I have also added some other
methods which I tried and which worked. Here we come to our main weapon which will become your way of life, and it's called
CEMELT (Cellulite melting) diet.
Many of us tried to MELT
cellulite, and after some times give up and continue with bad habits. That's
the key: BAD HABITS. What I think about it? Most of you were rised eating unhealthy
food because our parents haven't known anything about nutrition and healthy
diets. Our main task is going to be change of our way of thinking about
everyday food intake. That's the hardest
part of our plan. It will not be easy, but we are going to be successfull,
aren't we?
Let's start:
We will separate healthy food
in five subgroups:
Vegetables
Meat
Fruits
Nuts
Healthy
fats
HERE IS THE LIST OF:
VEGETABLES:
Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Brussels sprouts, Kale, Spinach, Cabbage,
Asparagus, Zucchini, Eggplant, Artichoke hearts, Carrots, Celery, Peppers (all
kinds), Parsley, Green onions, Tomatto.
Basically, we can eat those vegetables as much
as we can eat, but we need to make some restrictions. First rule is to eat it
fresh without any kind of processing. Second, if we can't find it in fresh
condition, find it frozen. Obviously, we need to cooked it. Give prior to
organic groved and rised food.
As we see , there is no leguminous (beans) plants
and starchy vegetables. In future posts
we will talk about amount of vegetables for every meal.
MEAT (including fish and no seafood):
Mackerel , Sardines , Haddock filets, Catfish , Bass, Tuna, Perch, Pike,
Trout, Pilchards, Poultry (chicken, ducks, gooses...),Turkey, Beaf , Eggs (just
organic).
Amount of meat willbe presented later. Only restriction when we are talking about meat is that we shouldn't eat beaf more than three times per week.
FRUIT:
Apple, Avocado, Blackberries, Peaches, Plumbs, Blueberries, Lemon, Strawberries, Pineapple, Guava, Lime,
Raspberries, Tangerine, Oranges.
No restrictions.
NUTS:
Almonds, Walnuts, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds,Cashews, Hazelnuts, Pine
nuts.
No restrictions.
HEALTY FATS/OILS
Olive oil, Coconut oil, Avocado oil, Grass-fed butter
Don't exaggerate!
GRAINS, LEGUMES AND STARCHY VEGETABLES (RESTRICTED FOR CEMELT DIET):
All grains, Potato, Pumpkin, Acorn, Corn, Beans
Cemelt as theme is very extensive
and requires more time so I decided, for ease of understanding, to break this
theme in more posts. Next article is going to give you guidence for food you should avoid during
