Cellulite melting (CEMELT) diet V - Meal Planning

In this post I will explain you how to plan your meal. Good thing in CEMELT diet is that you can choose which allowed food you want to eat in your meals. You only have to take care of two rules:

1. Food percentage per meal
2. Rule of 5 meal per day (3 main and two snacks)

How are you going to  separate food?

It is very simple. Just follow next steps.

                    For main meal:


                  -        Vegetables 60% per meal
-        Meat 30% per meal
-        Good fats 10% per meal


For snack:

-        One fruit from the list
-        Main meal step but less amount



When you are planning daily menu it would look like this:

    Ø  Breakfast (main meal)
    Ø  Snack
    Ø  Lunch (main meal)
    Ø  Snack
    Ø  Dinner (main meal)




For main meals you shouldn't put inside more then 150 gr meat per meal. My suggestion is to cut amount of meat from breakfast to dinner during the day. Every main meal should have no less than 300 gr vegetables per meal, but basically you are allowed to eat vegetables as much as you can. Nevertheless, always is better to have some breaks. For example:

Breakfast :
300 gr of broccoly
150 gr of poultry
15 gr olive oil (100% pure)

Snack:
One apple
Or 150 gr of vegetables, 75 gr of fish (tuna) and 7 gr of good fats

Lunch:
300 gr of cauliflower
125 gr of beaf
10 gr of good fats

Snack:
One fruit
Or 150 gr of vegetables, 60 gr of meat and 5 gr of good fats

Dinner:
300 gr of asparagus
100 gr of turkey
5 gr of good fats

After just one week you will see huge improvement in cellulite melting and fat loosing. Depending of your cellulite and overweight you will follow this diet rules. This diet is depending on how your character is strong.


NOTE: Before you start with CEMELT DIET you MUST throw away from house all BAD FOOD from our list. No one is strong enough to avoid bad food if it is close to it. It is more expensive to eat it then throw it in the garbage.

Cellulite melting (CEMELT) diet III - Food you should eat

In previous post we got basic knowledge about cellulite and cellulite diet problems. Then I mentioned my experience with cellulite problem and solution which worked. I call it as CEMELT diet. As I wrote before, in this post I am going to write and introduce you with some fundamental concepts of my diet. Also I am going to show you food which is healthy and in same time usefull for job we will do in next couple of weeks in order to get rid of cellulite. If you are overweight, you will loose a lot of lbs. If not, then only cellulite will disappear.

If we want to win this war with cellulite you must totally change your everyday activities and your lifestyle. It will be necessary take more movement and physical exercise. If you plan to achieve a result without discipline and sacrifice, it is better to close this post. The only thing you can get of such  way of thinking is this:

If you are willing to make changes, you have to be mentaly prepared.  There are some tricks.

First,one crucial thing:

Just losing weight does not mean it will lead to the disappearance of cellulite.

Yes, that's a fact.

 What's this all about? Most people try with long-term diets and starvation, which leads to a bodies weight reduction, but at the same time cellulite remain beneath the skin. The reason is that  in the food which  people consume during normal diets  there are not antioxidants and healthy fats (essential fatty acids). These substances are very important in the battle against cellulite and that's why people  lose pounds, but not cellulite. Antioxidants also have a positive effect on the hormones and hormonal disorders.  Because of that we have to eat food with a lot of antioxidants.
After some time, and a great experience with the diets, I came up with the idea to combine and take positive experiences with low-carb, paleo and other diets. I have also added some other methods which I tried and which worked. Here we come to our main weapon which  will become your way of life, and it's called CEMELT (Cellulite melting) diet.
Many of us tried to MELT cellulite, and after some times give up and continue with bad habits. That's the key: BAD HABITS. What I think about it? Most of you were rised eating unhealthy food because our parents haven't known anything about nutrition and healthy diets. Our main task is going to be change of our way of thinking about everyday food intake. That's the  hardest part of our plan. It will not be easy, but we are going to be successfull, aren't we?

Let's start:

We will separate healthy food in five subgroups:

Vegetables
Meat
Fruits
Nuts
Healthy fats


HERE IS THE LIST OF:

VEGETABLES:

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Brussels sprouts, Kale, Spinach, Cabbage, Asparagus, Zucchini, Eggplant, Artichoke hearts, Carrots, Celery, Peppers (all kinds), Parsley, Green onions, Tomatto.






Basically, we can eat those vegetables as much as we can eat, but we need to make some restrictions. First rule is to eat it fresh without any kind of processing. Second, if we can't find it in fresh condition, find it frozen. Obviously, we need to cooked it. Give prior to organic groved and rised food.
As we see , there is no leguminous (beans) plants and starchy vegetables.  In future posts we will talk about amount of vegetables for every  meal.

MEAT (including fish and no seafood):



Mackerel , Sardines , Haddock filets, Catfish , Bass, Tuna, Perch, Pike, Trout, Pilchards, Poultry (chicken, ducks, gooses...),Turkey, Beaf , Eggs (just organic). 

Amount of meat willbe presented later. Only restriction when we are talking about meat is that we shouldn't eat beaf more than three times per week.

FRUIT:

Apple, Avocado, Blackberries, Peaches, Plumbs, Blueberries, Lemon, Strawberries, Pineapple, Guava, Lime, Raspberries, Tangerine, Oranges.

No restrictions.


NUTS:


eat more nuts to stop cellulite



Almonds, Walnuts, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds,Cashews, Hazelnuts, Pine nuts.

No restrictions.




HEALTY FATS/OILS


healty fats to reduce cellulite


Olive oil, Coconut oil, Avocado oil, Grass-fed butter

Don't exaggerate!






GRAINS, LEGUMES AND STARCHY VEGETABLES (RESTRICTED FOR CEMELT DIET):

All grains, Potato, Pumpkin, Acorn, Corn, Beans


Cemelt as theme is very extensive and requires more time so I decided, for ease of understanding, to break this theme in more posts.  Next article is going to give you guidence for food you should avoid during and after CEMELT  diet. Cellulite melting (CEMELT) diet II - Things you can / can't change

In previous posts, I have explained what cellulite is, how it occurs and what causes it.  All that is very important to know. You must know your enemy  if you want to beat it. Before you go any further I advise you to read my previous posts, that way you'll have better understanding of  the following text.

Shortly said, cellulite is an alteration on the skin characterized by appearance of  ‘orange peel’  caused by accumulation of fat below the skin. Fat is compressed through the connective tissue that lies between the muscles and the skin. Because of that internal pressure of fat cells towards the skin, we get that unattractive unevenness on our buttocks, thighs, knees, arms etc. We have a lot of causes of cellulite, which can be grouped in 3 main categories: genetic factors, hormonal factors, and lifestyle.

Genetic  factors  were given to you when you were born.  Obviously, if your mother or grandmother had celullite, it is more likely  that you'll have it, too. That does not mean that you can't have cellulite if no one in your family had it. All you can do about it is to hope that you were lucky enough and got a decent genetic package from your parents. Good or bad, your genes are something you just have to live with. The easiest thing to  say is: "Oh, I have a genetic predisposition for cellulite, there is no point trying to change anything ".  That is a huge mistake made by weak people. Genetics can't be your excuse, so don't hide behind it. So, you can not change your DNA.  The good news here is there are a lot of things in your life you really CAN change to get out the best from your genes. And to become healthier, prettier, happier person feeling comfortable and confident in your own skin. 

So we must concentrate on factors on which we can have certain influence:  hormonal factors  and lifestyle. It is hard to separate those factors because they have strong influence on each other, as you will see.

Cellulite is tightly connected to the endocrine system through hormones that regulate metabolism of the fats (and entire body).  They are divided into two groups.

Members of the first group are hormones that promote fat disolution, and have positive effects on your fight with cellulite. Some of the most important are thyroid hormones, adrenaline, glucagon.

The second group of hormones have stimulating effect on  generation of fat, and they are not your friends when speaking about cellulite. Most important are estrogen and insulin. Estrogen has a dominant role. It has a double effect: on one hand it stimulates the production of fat, and on the other  hand it helps in the damaging of the connective tissue.

When speaking about hormones, BALANCE is the keyword you should always remember. Some  things  you can do which have great influence on your hormonal balance are:


1.Have enough sleep every day(7-8 hours recommended), because  sleep resets your hormones and helps normalizing level of estrogen

2.Avoid stress as much as you can, stress is trigger for estrogen

3. Be active, exercise at least 3x/week

4.Have a regular sex life (except of giving you pleasure, sex also keeps your hormones in balance)

5. Be careful what and when you eat, your food is a valuable input information for your endocrine system

The biggest changes that you can make are about your lifestyle.  That subject is so big I could write you tons of pages. But I won't do that. You probably notice that some of the things listed above are also a part of a lifestyle.  I'm not saying you should follow all my advices, you  can experiment until you find the right combination for you. All of us are different, and what worked for me maybe won't work for you. The one of the biggest changes that I made in my life is introduction of CEMELT diet. And it worked for me...
